What’s that pain in my mouth?
Wisdom teeth are a funny thing, and I don’t mean that in the literal sense. And if you think they add some wisdom to your being then you are very wrong. They are not even needed, and whether they were at one time or another is not important – they are like the tail bone of the dentistry world. The thing is though, the wisdom tooth doesn’t just come through and everything is all good. No, the wisdom tooth will come through a bit causing you pain and annoyance, but then will halt in its eruption. Then after a few months the pain will return for a week or so and you can’t help but wonder if tooth extraction is for the best.

After a year or so of suffering with this overbearing problem my Birmingham dentist recommended that I get the tooth removed as he said it was only going to keep causing me hassle. Even though I didn’t want to have another tooth removed – the joys
of having a crowded mouth when I was younger – I decided to acknowledge my dentists advice and go ahead with the dental job. Well, it was all worth it in the end and I no longer suffer from what is a very annoying pain in the long run. If you are having such problems then I would recommend getting this done. It may cause brief hassle as getting a tooth removed is not any fun, but it does promise a better way of life in the long run. Trust me on that.
